Qatar Central Securities Depository Company (QCSD) announces that the rights issue registration of Islamic Holding Group Company (IHGS) has been completed, and these rights will be available in the shareholders’ accounts in QCSD shareholders book as on 1 December 2015 in accordance with the IHGS Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting resolution.

These rights will be available for selling, starting from Sunday, 6 December 2015, until Thursday, 17 December 2015.

*N.B. The Rights Issue are equal to 50% of the listed shares as on 1 December 2015.
