Based on the instructions received from Qatar Central Bank regarding the dividends of shareholders that were not received for a period of 10 years (owners did not apply to receive them), and in order to preserve the interests of these shareholders, Masraf Al Rayan announces the publication of the names of the shareholders (Masref Al Rayan and Al Khaliji Bank before the merging) who did not receive dividends accrued to date for a period of 10 years on the bank’s website www.alrayan.com, under the “Dividends” section within the “Investor Relations” section of the website, for a period of six months from its date.

Masraf Al Rayan confirms that the profits due for 10 years, and whose owners will not apply to receive them within the mentioned period, will be transferred to the General Authority for Minors Affairs in the State of Qatar, in compliance with the instructions of the Qatar Central Bank in this regard.
